Academy Mechanical Services Inc. was incorporated in December, 2000 as a direct result of the acquisition of Academy Mechanical Services Ltd. by existing management. Academy Mechanical Services Ltd. was incorporated in May, 1990 as a direct result of the acquisition of Fritz Plumbing and Heating and subsequent merger with Academy Mechanical Plumbing and Heating Ltd. In 1992, Wally's Plumbing and Heating merged with Academy Mechanical Services Ltd.
